Shivam Kumar Mishra is a product analyst at BrightCHAMPS and a fellow at Stoa C5. He is a versatile professional with experience in data analysis, product management, and operations. With over 1.5 years of experience, Shivam has developed a strong understanding of data visualization and communication skills, which help him to become a great storyteller on the basis of data. He is passionate about data visualization and forming strategies for the growth of the company. Shivam has worked for different startups, helping them in growth and scaling at different levels. He has experience working in different domains like capital machinery, e-pharmacy, and ed-tech across different types of work. He has a good understanding of Python, PowerBI, SQL, Django, C/C++, Excel VBA, and different Python Machine Learning Libraries(Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Scikit-Learn). Currently, Shivam is working as a Product Analyst at BrightCHAMPS, where he analyzes different data regarding curriculum performance for different stakeholders, customers, and teachers. He creates insight for decision-makers, analyzes different data of teachers' performance and KPIs for better efficiency, and helps decision-makers with different data and visualization(Power BI and Excel VBA) to understand the needs and scale of growth. Shivam also creates PRDs, coordinates with the tech team regarding product, and handles operations related to that. He has single-handedly made the curriculum for python basics and python advanced and made the curriculum for data visualization using matplotlib and seaborn. He has also made projects using python on different Supervised Machine Learning concepts like Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, Decision Tree, Random Forest, Naive Bayes Classifier, and others. In the past, Shivam has worked as a part-time coding instructor of Python and Web Technologies to students at Coding Ninjas. He has also worked as a founding core team member to build an e-medicine startup from scratch at Myausadhi. Shivam coordinated with the tech team for the different needs of product and growth, analyzed data, created insights, and made the strategies for growth and scaling. He built a deep understanding of the operations, customers, and the growth of a startup. Shivam holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College and an Intermediate degree from Maharishi Vidya Mandir Senior Secondary School.
